She founded Bellus wines, a collaboration with some of the world's top winemakers farming organically and has now introduced Ramona, a wine spritzer. We'll talk to Jordan about wine, spritzers, women in wine, social media, Momofuku and more.

What are you drinking now?

White wine, something white other than Burgundy. Rose and D'Angerville Jura from France.

Favorite wine and food pairing?

Champagne, Jerome Prevost La Closerie Fac-Simile and fried zucchini blossoms.

Favorite wine restaurant and/or bar?

Besides Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones, EMP Summer and Nomad, all NY.

Favorite all-time wine?

1980 Henry Jayer Les Brulees (expensive) Fuoristrada (inexpensive).

Best wine around 15 bucks?

Red- Jauma from McClaren Vale, Australia

White- Craven Chenin Blanc from South Africa and Punta Crena, from Liguria Italy

We tasted a few cans of Ramona, a sparkling white wine from Italy with grapefruit and Bellus La Vie en Rose from Mendocino, California.

We enjoyed both.
